Units purchased from this site, All units come with a 1-year engine warranty from the date sale. Conditions of the warranty are stated on this site here and apply. “Labor Warranty” is for manufacturer-approved warranty part replacement only and labor must be completed by Cycle Geekz personnel unless authorized by Cycle Geekz. The labor cost associated with any repair not deemed “warranty by the Manufacturer” is $35 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, in one-hour increments, for vehicles 400cc and below and Labor cost is $65 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, in one-hour increments, for Vehicles 401cc and above. All Vehicles besides 50cc Scooters are $65/hour for all sizes unless covered by the manufacturer's Labor Warranty.
Service at Cycle Geekz is by scheduled “appointment ONLY”. Service hours are 9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday.
Tao Tao, Coolster, Dongfang, Apollo, Kinroad, Kandi, MotoBravo, Jonway, Fangpower - Warranty is a maximum of 12 months for the engine, 3 months for the drive train. and 30 days for electrical. Manufacturer warranty does not include Plastics, Paint, Body Parts or Accessories, Chains, Wheels, Tires, Batteries, Bearings, Ball joints, or any Wearable part. The manufacturer warranty does not cover damage from Misuse, Abuse, or neglect. Manufacturer Warranty does not include Labor associated with repair or shipping costs associated with warranty parts to and from the manufacturer and the buyer will be responsible for these costs.

Frame: Frame – 12 months
Clutch: CVT Clutch – 6 months
Common Parts: Winch, Sound System, LEDs – 3 months
Labor: Labor on approved manufactured defect claims – 12 months
Wear and Tear Parts: Not Covered
